Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu - This class emphasizes self discipline and resiliency through grappling as well as basic take downs, take down defense from the standing position and ground submissions. The kids in this class will learn a variety of self defense techniques. All classes are taught in a fun and safe environment.

Kids MMA Fitness - The primary goal of this class is to build self-confidence and overall self-discipline while having a lot of fun! Kids practice boxing and kickboxing disciplines with an emphasis on general fitness conditioning.

Ultimate Fit - Boost your strength, coordination, and overall fitness level with this energetic class. This class uses equipment such as Russian Kettle-bells, Medicine Balls, Fireman Hoses, Tractor Tires and our customized Resistance Rig.

Boxing - Our boxing program will improve your overall fitness as well as your offensive and defensive punching skills. This class incorporates the heavy bag, speed bag, jump rope, shadow boxing and focus mitts in order to help you achieve top self defense and fitness results.

Boxing Fit - This unique boxing class covers proper punching technique, combinations and footwork with an emphasis on fitness. This non-contact class that is primarily conducted with a combination of bag work and circuit training, in order to provide an intense workout for both men and women.
